Magnificent mansion in the centre of Marbella, a project by Jaime Parladé, jet-set designer and his trusted architect Cesar de Leyva. From the design of the windows, doors, floors, wooden walls to the selection of furniture, carpets and fabrics by Nicole Fabre and their manufacture were the work of the designer. Exteriors designed by the English landscape designer Christopher Masson who selected all the plants that exist today together with Bourguignon florists. The plot has a surface area of approximately 1.600m2 and the house has a surface area of approximately 900m2 divided into three floors of approximately 300m2 each. It consists of five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, spacious living room, sitting room, dining room, large kitchen, guest bathroom and office. In the basement there is a magnificent cinema room, wine cellar, laundry room, service bedroom, garage for four cars, several storage rooms and heated salt water swimming pool. The engineering of the property was carried out by the engineering company Proinsermant.
